Here is what to expect:

• The area around your business or home, including shrubs, landscaping, roofs, etc. will be protected from start to finish by drop cloths or poly plastic.
• All surfaces to be painted will be pressure washed and cleaned, removing harmful oxidants, pollutants, and dirt.
• Mildew, which can attack and degrade paint, will be treated and killed.
• All loose paint will be scraped. Further sanding and smoothing may be necessary for maintenance and cosmetic considerations.
• A primer will be applied to all bare wood and metal surfaces to ensure adhesion and to prevent future peeling.
• Loose caulking will be removed and replaced. Open gaps will be filled with fresh caulking to prevent rain water from penetrating.
• Loose nails will be re-set and re-puttied as needed.
• Defective window glazing will be replaced after sash has been primed.
• Waste materials, by-products and used solvents will be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Touch-up paint will be left in labeled containers for your convenience.
